Stocks Rebound

Its been a hell of a ride for shorts. The market looks like its recovering with the Fed lowering discount interest rate. The housing market is going up or down depending who you talk. I like the tech stocks right now, Intel (INTC) and Microsoft (MSFT). Intel is regaining its dominance with price cuts and new quad core chips. There was also the unexpected IPO of VMware (VMW). I did not expect such a high premium for a software virtualization company, expect competition soon. Microsoft is going strong with their flagship Operating System, Vista, and XBox 360. The much anticipated game release of Halo 3 should boost publicity too.

TradeKing Review?

I been hearing a lot of good reviews on TradeKing a new brokerage website that offer $4.95 commission rate per trade. I currently have TD Ameritrade which has a rate of $9.95. Saving on fees definitely help when you trade a lot, from what I read Tradeking offers slightly less tools and the site is slightly sluggish, but they are improving rapidly.
